Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
5 steps · 0 min- 1Place each piece of steak in between two large pieces of plastic and using a mallet, pound it until it is about ¼″ to ½″ thick. Place the pounded steak in a glass container, add the aliños sauce and let it rest for about 3 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- 2Add the flour, bread crumbs, spices and parsley to a plate or bowl.
- 3Cover the steak on all sides with the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the flour mixture again.
