Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
4 steps · 0 min- 1Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- 2Whisk flour, 1 cup melted butter, milk, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until begins to pull together. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic.
- 3Roll dough out to ⅛-inch thickness; cut into 8-inch circles. Brush circles with remaining 3 tablespoons melted butter. Fold each circle in half, then fold in half again to form triangles. Press firmly to seal the layers; place on the prepared baking sheet.
