Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
5 steps · 0 min- 1Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2Stir salt into minced meat. Add the dry ingredients, then onion and garlic, then the egg. and lastly the milk. Stir the meat mixture until it is firm. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. You can also make the mixture one day in advance and refrigerate.
- 3Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter to the pan and use a spoon to form frikadeller (meatballs) in your preferred size. We recommend using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per frikadelle.
