Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
4 steps · 0 min- 1In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with minced Scotch Bonnet peppers, all-purpose seasoning, ground annatto, and grounf allspice. Toss well to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp stock and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 3Add the seasoned shrimp and thyme sprigs, spreading the shrimp in the pan. Cover and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn bright orange and are cooked through.
