Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
5 steps · 45 min- 1Preheat griller/oven at 180 degree celsius.Blend all the meatball ingredients together until combined. With a little oil on your palms, shape into about 15 meatballs and place them onto a baking dish. Once done, bake them in the oven for 20 minutes or until cook, turning once.Meanwhile, heat the oil together with the seeds, a clove and cardamon pods. When the seeds start to pop, add in sliced onions and saute until golden brown.
- 2Add in ginger & garlic paste, green chilli and spices to the pan and saute further until aromatic.
- 3Add 2 tbsps of water to prevent the spices from sticking on the pan.
