Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
7 steps · 0 min- 1Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, 1 pinch salt, ¼ teaspoon paprika, and black pepper; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add beef, remaining 1 teaspoon salt, remaining ¼ teaspoon paprika, and black pepper; cook and stir until beef mostly browned, about 5 minutes. Add chicken, raisins, and olives.
- 3Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Roughly chop; add to beef mixture. Keep pino warm.
