Hold for 3 seconds. Our safety team calls within two minutes, your live location goes to your emergency contact, and we can send police or an ambulance.
Night mode
After 9 pm the app prefers lit main roads and pays for the extra distance. Zones that feel unsafe can be paused by riders together.
Helmet check
A quick selfie before your first night trip: helmet on, vest on. Three seconds. It’s never used to rate you.
Gate handovers only
You never enter a home, compound, lift or office. The customer or the guard comes to the gate.
The gate rule
You never go inside.
Every handover happens at the gate, with two short codes. Nobody can ask you to come up, come in, or wait inside. If they insist, say no and tap “Handover issue”. You’re paid, and your rating is protected.
At the kitchen gate
The home cook shows you her code. Matches the app? Take the sealed bag.
At the customer’s gate
They read you their code. Matches? Hand it over. Done, no arguments.
Never
Into a house, a compound, a lift or an office. Not for a bigger tip, not “just this once”.
