Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
6 steps · 45 min- 1Cook the Basmati rice with 2 1/2 cups of water and add a tsp of oil too before pressure cooking. After one whistle , take it off and keep the rice cool by fluffing it out with a fork.Chop all vegetables uniformly like long strips. I used red and yellow bell peppers and cut them into strips.I also used fresh corn kernels,French beans,Spring onions.Take a large wok which works best for a good stir fry.
- 2Heat the wok well , and add some oil and start by seasoning with chopped green chillies, minced garlic. Stir fry the spring onions,
- 3Add the bell peppers and stir briskly on a high flame as we want the vegetables to cook lightly and retain the crunch.
