Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
9 steps · 45 min- 1Heat the oven to 400F. Grease the sides and bottom of a 8 or 9" baking pan with cooking spray.
- 2Combine the ricotta cheese, buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in food processor and process until smooth, about 10 seconds.
- 3Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and pulse in short bursts just until the dough clumps together (dont overprocess). The dough will be soft and moist.Dump the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it with floured hands 4 or 5 times until smooth (it really only takes 4-5 times). With a rolling pin, roll the dough into a 12x15-inch rectangle. I discovered that 12x15 is exactly the size of my flexible plastic cutting board, so that's a quick and easy way to size it.
