Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
10 steps · 45 min- 1Place 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water ( or whatever the rice directions say) and the ginger slices in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover and them reduce heat to low. Simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Once done, take ginger slices out of pan.
- 2Prepare pork: Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and a grill pan ( or grill) to high heat). Slice pork tenderloin into 1/2 inch strips and season strips with, garlic, onion, ginger, pepper and salt on both sides. Once the grill pan is hot, add the pork. Cook 3 minutes per side to get some good grill marks. Once done.
- 3Place on baking sheet and in over for 2 minutes. Take out of oven set aside and let rest.
