Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
6 steps · 45 min- 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly flour your surface and roll out one sheet of puff pastry until about 1/4 inch thick (leave the other sheet in the refrigerator).
- 2Brush puff pastry with melted butter, leaving 1 inch of space around the edges. Evenly sprinkle puff pastry with half of brown sugar, chai spice mix and cinnamon just over buttered area. Tightly but gently roll the dough up. Use a little melted butter on the open edge of the roll to seal the seam. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into six pieces.
- 3Place each roll inside a parchment paper lined baking dish.
