Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
12 steps · 20 min- 1While you’re chopping your veggies and collecting the other ingredients, cook ramen noodles (without using the seasoning packet). Before you drain them, scoop out about half a cup of the water and set aside. This liquid will become part of the sauce.
- 2Drain the noodles and rinse in cold water, so they’ll stop cooking. Cooked ramen should be springy but not spongy.
- 3Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat in a sauté pan and brown the ground pork. Use a wooden spoon to break apart any clumps. Do not season the meat with salt and pepper.
