Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.
Method preview
5 steps · 45 min- 1Boil enough water to cook the ravioli in a medium-sized pot. Once the water has come to a boil, drop in the ravioli and cook it for the 4-6 minutes that is usually required for fresh ravioli. Obviously, you will need longer if using dried ravioli. When there are about 4 minutes left in the ravioli cooking time, warm the olive oil to medium heat in a large pan.
- 2Add the pine nuts and saut them for about a minute.
- 3Add the garlic and saut for another minute. Make sure that it does not brown. Then, add the raisins and arugula and stir for 20 to 30 seconds. Once most of the arugula has begun to wilt, add the cream and simmer for 1 minute.
