Not enough data
Too many ingredients are not matched to our nutrition table to give a fair estimate.
How we estimate: we add up the ingredients using the Kenya Food Composition Tables (2018) and USDA FoodData Central, then divide by the servings. It’s an estimate, not a measurement, and not medical advice.

4 steps · 30 min- 1Prepare the sauce in a small bowl by mixing the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Set this aside.Finely chop the shallots and cut the spring onion stalks. While a pan is set on medium fire add coconut oil to the pan and then the shallots.
- 2Add the ground pork and cook, making sure to break it up into bits & pieces. When its 90% cooked, add the sauce mixture and let it simmer.
- 3Add the chili flakes. At the last moment, you want to add the spring onions and handful of cilantro (I like to tear it up with my fingers over the pan). Finally add fresh mint leaves to garnish.
